Job Description

•         Should be Agile certified Coach, with experience having coachedtransformations.

•         CSM, SAFe, Agile Certified Coach

•         The person will be coaching OBP Consulting team, on Agile methods,should be well versed with tools used to track velocity, burn down chars,Altassian-JIRA agile exposure will be a winner.

•         Interact with Agile Coach from Westpac and partner teams to guideteams working out of Mumbai, Pune & Bengaluru. Good communication skills,written and verbal are a must.

•         Good communication and documentation skills.

Interview process

1st round –Skype/Telephonic-Technical Interview

2nd Round- Face to Face-Managerial Interview

3rd Round- HR Round
