JOB DESCRIPTION – ADMIN OFFICER (General Administration)
Experience: 2 – 4 years
Max salary 3.5 LPA
Skill Set: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Science, Arts, Commerce, through regular stream (Correspondence study not applicable); Qualification in administration stream preferred
Qualifying Score: 10 + 2 + 3 yrs. of regular education with minimum 50% in all qualifying examinations
Desired Experience:
Must Have Skills

  1. Good spoken & written communication skills in English.
  2. Knowledge of Facility Management & administration tasks in an IT environment, including basic knowledge of Fire Safety, staff transportation, cafeteria operations and security process.
  3. Good with data management & analysis, with an eye for detail.
  4. Good working knowledge in MS excel, word & power point applications
  5. Ability to prepare reports & dashboards from time to time on admin expense management

Responsibilities
  1. Monitor upkeep & maintenance of the facility in coordination with the facility management team.
  2. Monitor operations of staff transportation, cafeteria, including other assigned tasks in administration.
  3. Understand concepts of Client, purchase management, billing & invoice processing.
  4. Generation of MIS, periodical returns & reports.
  5. Ensuring statutory compliance from various stake holders (documentation & system based).
  6. Assist in arrangements for client visits, meetings & conferences.
  7. Receipt & Dispatch of documents and assets.



JOB DESCRIPTION – ADMIN OFFICER (Technical)
Experience: 2 – 4 years
Skill Set: B.E. / B.Tech / PG in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Civil) through regular stream (Correspondence study not applicable)
Desired Experience: 2 – 4 years of service with PSUs / Heavy Engg. industry/ Manufacturing Industry / Armed Forces

Must Have Skills
  1. Good spoken & written communication skills in English.
  2. Knowledge of relevant technical aspects of facility management in an IT environment (Basic knowledge of Fire Safety, staff transportation, cafeteria operations and security process preferred).
  3. Good with technical data management & analysis, with an eye for detail.
  4. Good working knowledge in MS excel, word & power point applications.
  5. Ability to prepare reports & dashboards from time to time on technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  1. Upkeep & maintenance of equipment (DGs, UPS, Solar Panels, HVAC, Client equipment, RO plant, WTP, STP, infrastructure development – structural, etc.), in coordination with the facility management team.
  2. Understand concepts of Environmental issues, Sustainability, PPM, AMC - planning / execution on ground.
  3. Generation of MIS, periodical returns & reports.
  4. Ensuring statutory compliance from various stake holders (documentation & system based).
  5. Assist with technical support for client visits, meetings & conferences.
  6. Facilitate workspace management, cafeteria operations & fire safety.
  7. Ensure inventory control of technical spares & update regularly for procurement.
