Siebel (Siebel Ver 8x)
At least 4 ~ 5 years hands on experience working in major projects on Siebel CRM 8.x2
Should have work experience of managing BAU operations in production environment for an existing mid-size Telecom Operator preferrable for Mobile Network
Highly proficient with Siebel Tools Applets and Views configuration, Business Components, Links/Joins, PickLists / Applets, MVG
Experience in Siebel eScript, Siebel Business Services, Siebel VBCsCoding, Siebel Workflow Processes, Product and Plan configuration Detailed understanding of Siebel architecture and Base table relationships Experience of Siebel EAI including Integration Objects/Components, Property Sets, EAI SiebelAdapter, Datamaps, WSDLs, Web Services
Exposure to Siebel Assignment Manager is an advantage
Must have excellent knowledge in Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL and PL/ SQL
E2E understanding of BSS domain
