The Role
Join us as a Test Analyst, and manage the End to End testing activities (Manual and Automation) related to Customer Communications Hub / Messaging for Personal & Business Banking customers.


What the Business does
The Customer Messaging platform provides a range of Customer Communication Channels to multiple franchises across Personal & Business Banking and other key divisions of the bank globally. The team has a mix of qualified Work Stack Manager, Business Analysts, Process Engineers and Subject Matter Experts who face off to multiple key business stakeholders and provides services mainly for the Retail - Personal customers (including Private customers) & Corporate customers using Branch, eBanking, CAO & Telephony channels for the core & offshore brands.

This role is based in the Customer Messaging Team at Engage with the Bank Platform under Digital Distribution Domain.
