JOB DESCRIPTION Incumbent:   Reporting to:  Designation:  Manager HR Designation             :  ED Department:  HR Date                        :  Job Purpose:
To ensure all the HR/IR/Admin & Liasioning operation must have the smooth functioning as per the company policies & Govt. Requirements.  
Key Responsibilities:

  1. To develop and implement HR strategies.

  1. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

  1. Manage the recruitment and selection
 

  1. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
 

  1. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
 

  1. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

  1.  Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
 

  1. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
 

  1. To ensure Food Safety and HACCP/FSSC 22K implementation on shop floor.
 

  1. Assestation of all PF, Client, Claims & personal Files documents.
 

  1. Liason with Govt. Officials (Labour deptt, MC, Pollution board and other related deptt.)
 

  1. To maintain all the training related records & compliance.
 

  1. To check & process the salary & wages on omthly basis.
 

  1. Checking all the MIS reports.

Qualification & Experience:- Post Graduate with in Human Resourse/MBA HR with min. 5-6 yrs. Experience in relevant field.
