Key Responsibilities:
1: Responsibilities
- Should be able to
- To analyze business needs,
- perform administration functions,
- archiving documentation,
- identify process errors,
- create new applications,
- enhance existing applications, and
- review work based on client feedback.
- Show self-driven ability to take decisions related to implementations/support work
- Well acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
2: Must have skills
- Should be well versed with Lotus Script
- Should know how to develop and configure agents and views
- Should be able to debug the issues with Lotus Script
- Understanding of Lotus Notes Roles, Permission and Security.
- Should have hands on modifying OR any design change to any of existing Lotus Notes Web and Client applications.
- Should be well versed with analyzing the existing database and to enhance its functionality if required.
3: Desired skills
- Good documentation experience
- Good problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and continuous quality improvement.
- Strong business communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and delivering within SLA.
