Key Responsibilities:
1: Responsibilities
  1. Should be able to
- To analyze business needs,
- perform administration functions,
- archiving documentation,
- identify process errors,
- create new applications,
- enhance existing applications, and
- review work based on client feedback.
  1. Show self-driven ability to take decisions related to implementations/support work
  2. Well acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
2: Must have skills
  1. Should be well versed with Lotus Script
  2. Should know how to develop and configure agents and views
  3. Should be able to debug the issues with Lotus Script
  4. Understanding of Lotus Notes Roles, Permission and Security.
  5. Should have hands on modifying OR any design change to any of existing Lotus Notes Web and Client applications.
  6. Should be well versed with analyzing the existing database and to enhance its functionality if required.
3: Desired skills
  1. Good documentation experience
  2. Good problem solving skills
  3. Attention to detail and continuous quality improvement.
  4. Strong business communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and delivering within SLA.
