Qualification: bachelor's degree, Post-Graduation in Management.
Requirement in Brief:
The candidate should have experience in Administration and his core competency should be Transport (Night transport).
The candidate is required for the Night shift to ensure smooth operation of employee general transport and at the same time keep a check on other departments of Admin.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall upkeep of the equipment's to high standards of operations, maintenance and cleanliness.
• Co-coordinating with the onsite team to ensure smooth functioning and maintain business as usual.
• To take ownership of all tasks on the facility and clearly delegating onsite works.
• Understanding of the detailed scope of services as agreed with vendors.
• Prepare the PPM schedules and checklist for the equipment's at site and adhere 100 % compliance to the PPM activity.
• Maintain and update the PPM track sheet.
• Maintain a data card for site to cover the statistical information on day to day activities.
• Co-ordinate with OEM for service obligation as per AMC & in case of Breakdown of system.
