'Candidate must have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
Must have worked as technical hands-on during his career.
Must have knowledge on tech stack - Java, .NET, Devops, Mobile, Azure . As per PM KRA sheet
Must have experience in handling team of size 50 or more
• Must have managed Agile projects in SCRUM Master capacity end to end
• Understanding and analyzing the technical need/problem of client.
• Must have experience of managing Support engagements
• Must have experience for preparing project plan, and SOW
• Must be able to analyse and optimize Costs and increase revenue and margin
• Must have end to end understanding of Life Insurance business and IT projects for Insurance business
• Must have ability to review support project, SLA and issues on day to day basis
• Preparing staffing plan, project delivery schedule
• Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.
• Guiding and mentoring project managers / leads and team for addressing Critical issues ,
• Ensuring process compliance on internal and external tasks/ deliveries
• Should be able to take quick and right decision.
• Anticipate Project and other resource/logistic risks.
• Demonstrable evidence of Successful Project Management.
• Demonstrable experience technical analysis and architecture review
