Role / Job Summary
IP Telephony, Video Conference Administration & Skype Telephony (L3) with Oracle Client / ECB
Hands on experience on VOICE Communication Services L3, Designing and Expert Technical skills on Cisco IPT, Cisco Contact Center Applications and Voice Skills
 
Qualification / Certification –
 
Degree; B.E, [Information Technology] or Equivalent degree certification
Cisco / Microsoft Voice Certification - Good to have
 
Key Responsibilities –
•         Ensure delivery of tasks, projects have their goals set such a way that they are controlled & monitored on time. Effective analysis, ownership & responsibility is demonstrated while handling the projects managing associated risk related to Voice solutions
•         Mitigate Organizational Risk: Continue documentation for every setup & new project with mapping of services to ensure to eliminate risks associated with in core infra services.
•         Contribute to the knowledge base, lesson learnt and shares them within stream members with appropriate documentation and sessions.
•         Ready to be able to take mobility between India offices (Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai) to work on new deployment of projects.
•         Govern Workflow:
(a) Demand/Follow ticket for incident/requests
(b) Timely cascade & synchronization of Releases and Change management managing communication with the business users
•         Demonstrate team leadership and mentoring. Strong service culture approach and good professionalism
Mandatory Skills  / Experience
•         Very good understanding of UCCX, CUCM , Gatekeepers, CUBE, Oracle Client, ECB and administration experience on  Voice protocols. Troubleshooting skills on Oracle Client/ ECB
•         Architecture design capabilities for Voice Infrastructure platform.
•         Basic knowledge of Network and Security platform.
•         Strong experience on IP telephony/Client/ECB and it's monitoring tools.
•         Work experience on - Configuration, Secure Gateway integration with CCUM, Lync integration, Oracle Client / ECB
•         DHCP, DNS, Wins, Active Directory knowledge is a must.
•         Expert troubleshooting techniques in networking (CUCM, UCCX & Voice routing areas) down to packet level analysis.
•         Video Conference device integration techniques.
•         Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good to have skills / Experience –
•         Good to have Skills and experience on SIP.
