Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and production support activities in an Agile environment.
Lead a team of software developers who can be a mixture of 0-7 years of experience
Ensuring proper coding techniques, completing code reviews and mentoring individual developers
Full responsibility for code and all phases of SDLC lifecycle
Proactively identify and manage risk on project
Good communication skills and assertive speaking skills
Quick learner of applications, technology and business

Qualifications:
Experience working in windows application, batch and console applications
Good Experience in leading team from offshore and day to day communications with client and onsite leads.
Good experience in Scrum methodology
Experience in VS2010, VS2012, TFS2012, TFS Build, PowerShell, DSC, C#, Python, C++, MS Build, Oracle 11g, PL/SQL

Experience:
8-10 Year
Location : TVM

Experience Level - 5 - 6 years of experience

Must have skills
1) Proficient in ASP.Net, C#, Oracle 11g, JQuery
2) Good communication skills
3) Should be able to manage tasks independently
