JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Screening and prioritizing mail and phone calls, researching and writing memos.
Maintain executive calendars and meeting agendas, prepare materials used in executive presentations and make travel arrangements

We are looking for someone who has extraordinarily well communication skills, excellent presentation skills, computer skills [excel majorly] and should have a stable career. Please do not compromise on communication skills as it is a stringent mandate.
