Batch and Event Manager-
JD-
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as Control Center Operator or equivalent

- Experience and use of  monitoring systems and batch operation tools

- Experience in managing incidents and problems occuring in the control centre

- Excellence written and oral communication in English

- Stress resistant, result-oriented and analytical thinking is a strength

- Experiences in operating batches and automated services performed by AWS native services and tools is a plus.

Service Operation Manager-
JD-

What you need

-At least 3 years of experience in similar role

-Good user knowledge of tools for Job Scheduling, Event/Alert Management, ITSM, Server access management

-Ready to work in Shift hours (24/7 operation, including week ends and public holidays, if required)

-Good oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding

-Process oriented with good documentation and diagrammatic skills

• Knowledge and skills in Scripting, SQL, Job scheduling is a plus
