Primary Skills:

Must have expert level understanding of Sales Cloud, Salesforce configurations & administration such as Security, Authentication, objects & relationships, workflows & approval process, visual flows, reports & dashboards, data imports-exports and developing test classes and code coverage.

In-depth knowledge & work experience in Salesforce customizations with Apex Class, Triggers, APIs, Visual Force, Batch & Schedule jobs, SOQL, SOSL

Good hands on experience in building web service-based applications using Salesforce integration APIs (RESTful, SOAP, Bulk etc.) and data migration experience; middleware-based integration experience.

As part of an agile team, must have experience in end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Lightning and communities
various Salesforce monitoring tools (e.g
Shield) analytical tools along with understanding of Salesforce AppExchange products like Salesforce CPQ & CLM, Financial Force etc.

Experienced in various Salesforce migration tool, deployment activities and CI/CD implementation

Troubleshooting implementation issues and Collaborate with the different product vendors/app groups while designing the interfaces with 3rd party services, backend systems and various monitoring/analytical tools.

Contribute towards in Salesforce based presales activities, the development and growth of the practice with excellent written and oral communication
