Good experience in Avaya Red Voice product as described below

Avaya Communication Manager, Session manager, System manager

G450 and G650 Media gateways L1knowledge. Avaya CMS L1knowledge

Avaya IP trunking L1knowledge. AES & AEP L1knowledge. Verint call recorder L1knowledge

Monitoring PRI and agent status

Daily checklist to be done and the report to documentated and reproduced when requested by customer

Any abnormality found during checklist customer to be intimated and should work towards closing the abnormality

Periodical backup to be taken for Nortel / Avaya devices.

To share the updates of tickets assigned to IT Helpdesk team

To work towards closure of tickets without SLA breach. Should work in shift

Prompt response to the mail / phone call directed to Voice support

To support remote sites during non-working hours of location engineersInstallation of IP phones and CMS clientMove , add and change of users

Coordination with Service providers. Monitoring of Verint applications

Monitoring of Verint applications. To check and pullout reports from Verint as per request
