Job Title: Exchange/O365 Admin
Experience Level: 3-7 years

Job Description:-

• A background in messaging and voice technologies including Office 365, Exchange, Skype for Business and / or Teams
• Hands-on Migration/Upgrade and coexistence experience with all currently supported versions of Exchange(2010, 2013, 2016)
• Hands-on experience migrating enterprise organizations to Office 365
• Experience managing and remediating Active Directory items that prevent a migration to Office 365
• Demonstrable knowledge of migration best practices and troubleshooting
• Experience designing and troubleshooting complex mail routing scenarios
• Experience with third-party migration tools from companies like Dell
• Experience with third-party email filtering solutions like Proof PointMid
• Hands-on experience with cloud identity and security technologies including EMS, Federation Services, and Azure AD Connect
• Hands-on experience in complex messaging migration scenarios, including hybrid Office 365 configuration
• Mid to Expert-level PowerShell capabilities
• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction via timely delivery and high-quality results
