Worked with US and UAE legislation in implementation/Support.
Have been the part of 2 Implementation and 2 Supporting Project.
Involved in the creation of DFF (Descriptive Flex Fields), EFF (Extensible Flex Fields), and Value Sets.
Modified /Updated Fast formulas on Accruals in Oracle Fusion Absence Management.
Good Work Experience on Workflow Approvals.
Good knowledge in Fusion Value Sets, Lookups, Employment Model, Defining New Users, Creating Responsibilities, and assign responsibilities to the Users.
Creating Absence plans, Absence types, Workday pattern, Work Schedules, and Absence Approvals.
Knowledge of data loading using Spreadsheet loader and HCM data loader (HDL).
Developed OTBI Analysis & Reports based on Shared Areas and SQL Queries.
Basic knowledge of Profiles, Goals, and Performance Management.
