Project management


• Plan, organize and coordinate all the activities of the teams in order to achieve the objectives
• Manage capacity versus workload
• Definition of roles in the team to ensure the correct performance of the activities
• Develop a budget in collaboration with the management, optimize and monitor it during the whole process of the project (purchase order, delivery notes, invoicing).
• Analyze risks to establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating corrective action
• Centralize all information in order to make it more fluid and then facilitate exchanges between all stakeholders.
• Determine the blocking points in the progress of the project
• Create reports and progress reports on the project(s) monitored
• Prepare, coordinate, animate internal / external reviews and write reports (MoM),
• Represent the company with customers, subcontractors and partners.
• Establish a relationship of trust with customers with the aim of satisfaction

Team management


• Lead the team: recruit, train, coach, evaluate, recognize everyone's work, efforts and skills.
• Listen and communicate with each employee and detect any blocking points, or even conflicts.
• Resolve problems, tensions, conflicts, discrepancies.
• Organise daily "FLASH" meetings with the entire team



Profil souhaité

• Good experience in the Aeronautical sector
• Capacity to lead cross functional teams
• Ability to work in an international matrix structure
• Ability to Analyze & Synthesize,
• Proficiency in Office-like tools and in particular Excel and MS Project
• Handson experience in project finance management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• PMP / Prince certification is an added advantage
