Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform development and configuration, with a specific focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement HRSD applications and modules within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for HRSD solutions in ServiceNow.
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Employee Onboarding, and Employee Self-Service.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to support HR processes and automation.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other HR systems and external platforms using APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with HR teams to define and implement HRSD best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow HRSD configurations and customizations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow HRSD applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and HRSD-specific features, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs.
- Document technical specifications, user guides, and standard operating procedures for HRSD applications and configurations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on HRSD.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Employee Onboarding, and Employee Self-Service.
- Proficient in ServiceNow development and configuration, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripting using JavaScript.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration using APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
