Bit locker encryption providing for all Laptop users by using Checkpoint.

Creating MFA(Multi factor authenticator) account and configuring for

remote access for workplace.

Security administration for AD, including Group Policy, user

account creation and archival, managing access controls, and

domain structure configuration.

Installation, Configuration and Administration of AD, Domain controller.

Responsible for Office 365 mailbox

administration/creation/updating/relocating, group mailboxes,

and distribution lists.

Managing the Active Directory Services (Managing Users, groups, computers,

and Group

policies Configuration, Administration, Managing Domains, Trees, Forest,

FSMO Roles, Replication, implementing OU, Administering User accounts and

Groups

Performing daily health checks on all IT assets and raising calls if any

abnormalities found and

taking necessary action.

Monthly AD health report and Incident report submission to customer and

recommendations for improvement

Creating VOIP ID For all user using Cisco Comra Console.

Taking daily and weekly backup using windows NetBackup utility and

maintaining.

Responsible for acquiring and updating data ownership access

Control of network shares, departmental folders.

Hand on Support for any Network Activity.

Configured and troubleshoots of Microsoft office 365.

Troubleshoots of domain issues and Network Related problems.

Pushing All the Required Application and O.S to User system using by

Symantec Altiris Server.

Given support for video conferences.

ITIL process like Raising Change , Incident , SR

Exchange server 2010/2013 L1 Activities.

Maintained and Troubleshoots Local Printers, Network printers.
