Delivery of target for Collections, Bad-debt and total Churn & Forward Flows.

Collection as per the set targets.

Bad-debt Reduction

Total churn- Involuntary Churn

Forward Flow

Enable/deliver increased business engagement by driving Green-bill and lowering C&C Complaints and requests through superior business partnering and seen as a credible contributor & customer obsessed function.

KPI's- Green-bill Penetration to be upgraded to next level.

Verification Negative+ Rejects to be on reducing trend to increase Customer satisfaction.

BNR Complaints on a reducing trend.

Drive Zonal initiatives and partner with the Business and support & review performances, engaging all relevant stakeholders for better customer experience.

Drive cost reduction programs and work out strict plans for the year and monitor the savings periodically

Non Mobility Collection: (Fixed line Voice (TFS/PRI/Client) , Fixed line Data( Lease Line ) .

Ensuring quality audits & process's Quality, Compliance to NCP and adherence to KPI compliance (Quality & timeliness of month end reporting, Timely audit closures with minimal issues)

Ensure Processes and Audit issues are in Control , All cheque bounce & Excess payment cases to be accesses and Responsibility are with Zonal Lead
