- Manage end to end onboarding of all new joiners
- Managing payroll and compliances for onroll, retainer and offroll staff
- Ensuring compliance of sops and company policies
- Prepare, present and successfully close all types of internal and external audits i.e. Sox audit, internal finance audit, iso audit etc.
- Manage the data synchronization in all system (including but not limited to mis, pims, ams, etc.,) with 100% accuracy
- Lead administration of employee benefit schemes and welfare management
- Handle and address employee queries professionally
- Lead review of payroll partner and statutory compliance partner
- Lead process improvements

- Exposure in an ERP or on-line HR processes.
- Knowledge of labour laws and relevant compliances
