Jira-Jenkins, Jira-GitHub CI-CD admin + end user support
• Experience 5+Years
• Very strong Knowledge on Jira server maintenance
• Analyze logs and provide RCA.
• Groovy & Grails scripting – expert level
• Familiar with Jira installation, admin, migration …
• Expertize using script runner Jira plugin and expert scripter
• Exposure working with to EazyBI, portfolio, structure, x-ray, JSU Jira plugins
• Hands on Jenkins, GitHub installation, configuration, license setup, administration …
• Hands on integrating Jenkins and GitHub with Jira for CI-CD
• Hardware and software requirements
• Keep Jira instance Up -performance stability.
• Perform Server maintenance during outage
• Jira Installation
• Database installation (PSQL)
• Jira Upgradations
• Jira Migrations from server to server
• Merging multiple Jira instances
• Backup and restoration of instance
• Working on schemas -screens, workflows, issue types
• Workflow's automation
• Customizing Jira features by using scripting (Groovy)
• On call support to end users
• Plugins used-EazyBI, Script runner, portfolio, structure, x-ray, JSU.
• Knowledge on Jira Align (Not mandate but good to have)
• Integrate Jira and Bugzilla (Not mandate)
