Must-Have
- Proficient in Linux administration, Linux patching, Linux LVM, Redhat Satellite. RHEL is a preference but Centos or Debian advantageous
- Proficient in Ansible to manage patching and day to day automation
- Hypervisors: Particularly VMware. Advantageous to have Oracle Virtual Machine
- Proficient with: networking concepts, SAN & NAS technologies
- General BAU Unix/Linux proficiency skills
Good-to-Have
- Shell scripting
- Any coding language that supports automation
- Security & server hardening
- Any Oracle or Red Hat certification
- Proficient in Solaris administration, Solaris patching, Solaris Volume Manager inc ZFS, Solaris OS builds, Oracle Virtual Machine (LDOMs & zones)
