Manage Moves, Adds and Changes for new and existing users.

Configuration of New users

New Users training (over phone)

Add user to corporate Directory

Configuration of shared Lines

Modify User Directory number

Configuration of pickup Groups

Configure IP Communicator (SoftPhone)

Changes in translation patterns of new 1800 and other service numbers

Routing of hotlines using shared lines

Hunt group configuration

Provides recommendation of changes of configuration of LAN switches to network infrastructure team if required

Cucilync configuration & headset troubleshooting

AD updates relating to CuCilync, telephony environment

General Telephony Troubleshooting including:

Voice mail issues

Voice Gateway Troubleshooting

Voice quality issue between Sites

ISDN PRI / SIP trunks / Analogue lines

Working with 3rd Party Telco Vendors (regional PSTN / SIP providers)

Reception Console Support:

Enghouse Touchpoint Reception Consoles

Management and troubleshooting.

Provide validation of OS / Security patching

Provide OS / Security patching and testing

Provide emergency Patching support.

Support to IOS updates

Maintain updated support documentation for all sites / environment


Provide Service Management monthly reporting.

Basic network support (LAN / WAN)
