Candidates should possess:
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- 3+ years of sourcing experience in an corporation or agency setting (preferably both)
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent life and military/business experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, or equivalent
- Proficient with Social Media and digital tools
