Skills:
- Experience on CUCM,CUC, UCCX, IMP, Voice Gateways, Expressway-E and Expressway-C.
- Webex Calling, Webex Contact Centre and Webex Control hub.
- Cisco Voice Support and Troubleshooting experience on Phone registration Phone Boot up Process.
- Knowledge of Protocols like SIP Knowledge of authentication issues on Switches Vlans for Phones Features of CUCM CSS and partitions.
- Extensive Call Control knowledge i.e. Dial Peers, Dial Plans, +E.164 Routing, Dialing Normalization, Classes of Service and Calling Search Spaces, Inter cluster Lookup Service (ILS), Global Dial Plan Replication (GDPR)
- Hands-on experience with upgrading/troubleshooting PSTN voice gateways (MGCP, SIP, SCCP, PRI, FXO and FXS)
- Hands-on experience with Supporting/troubleshooting Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST)
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting/upgrading Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) and SIP PSTN (IP Flex)
- Hands-on experience in configuring/maintaining/troubleshooting Collaboration Endpoints (Jabber, IP Phone 88xx Series, DX, MX, SX and IX Series)
- Hands-on experience in migrating Endpoints from SCCP to SIP
- Hands-on experience in installing certificates.
- Hands-on experience in installing/maintaining/migrating licenses.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Presence deployments and Cisco Jabber
- Hands-on experience support and building Cisco Call Manager and Unity deployments
- Provide Level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues (tickets)
- Good knowledge on Cisco switching & routing technologies.
- Strong analytical skills for solving technical issues, isolation of application / network performance issues.
- Good technical documentation capabilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
