Responsibilities Working with Business Analyst or business SME's to support requirements gathering, and build out of core HR ServiceNow functionality Design business requirements and provide development strategies and architecture to meet business needs around their HR Solutions Architect HR related business processes into ServiceNow Perform configuration level tasks to meet business requirements (process flows, field setups, page layouts, role/profile changes, etc.) Follow agile software development life cycle methodology to include development based on business requirements, testing, and change documentation to meet change control requirements Work with the technical & development teams around solutions technologies such as JavaScript, .Net, HTML, and ServiceNow API's Directly engage with the end users on requirements and offer technical direction as requested by the functional consultants
Document requirements and solutions using BPML Complete timely reporting, KPIs, dashboards, project plans, and project documentation Develop strong relationships with project teams Basic Qualifications 3+ years of technical experience in ServiceNow implementation, optimization and/or customization 7+ years of total IT experience Successful delivery of HR specific projects Preferred Qualifications Project management experience / certification Knowledge of HR function, processes, and best practices Experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application Experience of using documentation of requirements and solutions using process flow diagrams ServiceNow certification Location India /
