L&D Coordination Manager, position is responsible for administrative duties related to planning, organizing, communicating and coordinating delivery of Group IT employee Technical and Core skill development programs, as appropriate and play an active role in the launch of new L&D initiatives
Tracking participation and progress of training roll outs, and communicate with attendees and domain representatives.
Partner with members of the Capgemini learning teams from different geographies and key stakeholders to manage training list and nominee list within our learning management system (LMS).
Track, assign and monitor license distribution to our various learning platforms like Coursera and Pluralsight.
Develop good understanding of courses readily available in our learning platforms.
Help with creating monthly L&D dashboard and training summary reporting by collating data from various sources.

Minimum Qualifications:
Resource with Good communication and Negotiation skills (Vendor management), sharp business acumen
Proficient in MS Office Excel, Powerpoint is must
Resource who has managed high volume trainings
