Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join us in the role of Vice President/Senior Vice President - Head of Data and AI Delivery. This key leadership position will be based in Gurgaon, India, requiring onsite presence five days a week. As the Head of Data and AI Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of data and artificial intelligence projects, managing a substantial team, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:

• Provide visionary leadership to the Data and AI delivery team.

• Manage and mentor a large team of 200-300 professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, engagement, and career growth.

• Prior experience working with consulting firms and managing a large team is preferred.

2. Delivery Oversight:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project delivery processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline project execution and resolve challenges efficiently.

• Develop and implement best practices for project delivery, ensuring continuous improvement.

• Must have prior experience in delivering to direct end clients.

3. Client Collaboration:

• Utilize your proven ability to work directly with end clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that project outcomes align with client expectations.

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and delivering value-added solutions.

4. Strategic Contribution:

• Collaborate with executive leadership to contribute to strategic decision-making and the development of organizational objectives.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on a deep understanding of Data and AI, industry trends, and market dynamics.

5. Analytical Skills:

• Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a focus on financial numbers, project margins, and performance metrics.

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement, ensuring the financial health of the Data and AI delivery function.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align project delivery with business objectives.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments to drive successful project outcomes.
