Maintaining MIS/ Trackers:
Job Function:-
- Working on approved position/ JD from line function. Selection process of candidates for whole India through Employee referral/IJP/Search functions.
- TAT for hiring needs to be maintained as per KPI
TAT 30 Days for Normal position, Regional & Unit Head- TAT 60 Days & Top management- 90 Days.
- Preparing monthly database for hiring
- Monitoring cost of recruitment- 20% of the recruitment to be done through direct sourcing, job portals, references and walk-ins
- Connecting professionals through networking sites such LinkedIn, Sourcing CV through Job portals such as Naukri/Monster & Screening of CV as per JD
- Managing Induction all across, Cinemas & HO as per induction policy, Induction Feedback- 30 Days, 60 Days & 90 Days.
- Employee engagement initiative, 1 activity per month at Cinema and HO
- Vendor Management: Agreements and Payments
- Preparing offer packages & Appointment letters.
- Exit interviews
- Pre - Joining formalities: reference check, documents check
- Complete hiring and onboarding on Pre-Opening properties.
