Marketing & Promotions
Execute marketing & promotional activities Responsible for ensuring visual merchandising is as per the plan Ensure growth of TIC contribution
Staff Management
Ensure induction for all employees Ensure staff retention Provide growth plan and career development for team Responsible for providing training to staff members per quarter
Administration
Ensure adherence to MAX standards and SOP's Achieve best audit ratings for stores Responsible for cost control Ensure support functions at store mainly cashiering, IT, security, housing keeping etc are taken care of for smooth functioning of business
