• Overall 7-9 years of strong experience in supporting SAP Basis module and its all associated areas.,Experience of at least one END to END implementation project
Preferably with S/4HANA Greenfield implementation,• Experience in working on AMS project on S/4 HANA multi-tiered SAP environment,• Strong technical experience in Installation, configuration and administration of all variety of ABAP and Java systems and solution manager 7.2.,• Strong experience in OS/DB migration and update/upgrades of Varity of SAP/DB products.,• Experience in Hana/Sybase DB administration and troubleshooting and performance tuning.,• Strong in troubleshooting and performance tuning of ABAP and JAVA systems.,• Experience in SAP PO 7.5 administration and configuration (Basis perspective).,• Experience in supporting Open Text VIM, Archive server and BCC configuration and SAP BODS troubleshooting.,• Good knowledge in handling embedded fiori, web dispatchers, SSL/SSO tasks.,• Should be aware about AMS life cycle including due diligence, Knowledge transition ,Shadowing, reverse shadowing, Stabilisation, operation,• Must have worked on Incident management, Problem management ,Change requests ,• Should be familiar with SLA's and ticketing tools like Service Now etc.,• Ability to work with and collaborate with all Teams and Individuals in the Business Teams and IT Teams toward developing a best practice processes, quality and efficiencies for OneERP.,• Should have team lead experience with Good communication skills, handling client communication along with offshore / onsite team.,• Preference to have Knowledge of Mssql DevOps and SAP S/4 HANA certification
Due diligence ,Knowledge transition from project team, Knowledge transition ,Shadowing, reverse shadowing, Stabilisation, operation Provide excellent SAP Basis support for ONEERP landscape including SAP S/4 HANA, SAP PO, SAP MDG, SAP solution manager 7.2 and SAP BW systems with Best Practices, Embedded Fiori, Certificate management , (SSL and SSO) etc..

Work on Incident management, Problem management ,Change requests Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Prepare relevant documents and maintain the repository up to date.Coordination with Onsite programme team for requirement gathering /clarifications Serve as key team member for One ERP SAP AMS Services in SAP Basis area Daily, weekly, Monthly reporting to the appropriate stakeholders Ensure that wherever possible, the adoption of a best practice approach and minimal gaps in different activities Drive continuous improvement, automation.
