"Experience on Provide realtime and offline rating and charging services to subscribers/partners as per assigned tariffs.
- Provide subscription services related to, but not limited to:
- Discount Products & Bundles
- Packages
- Prepaid Services & postpaid Services
- Provide services supporting various types of secure payment services giving the user ability to choose from different payment instruments (credit/debit cards, bank account etc.)
- Provide services that manages customer accounts where there is an outstanding balance, including overdue accounts. It also manages the processing of financial transactions affecting the customer's financial account. It matches these transactions with the services/invoices delivered to this customer.
- Provide services related for calculation of bill for any products and services availed by subscribers. It also supports activities that require bills, invoices, letters and statements to be created for subscribers.
- Provide services for generating revenue by selling airtime (called e-Stock hereafter) electronically to prepaid/postpaid subscribers through a network of retailers and distributors and by themselves
- Provide services for customer care management
- FIles transfer and mediation
- Interconnect settlement, TAP file for roaming settlement, NRTRDE
- Account receivable and Dunning Service for Debt collection
- Financial reporting
- bill customization, error CDR management, test billing, bill run, hot billing, CDR rerating
- Online Charge Gateway, controls and processes CBS services in the whole CBS system
- Provide voucher generation and recharge services used by subscribers to recharge accounts
- User access Management
