Job Description:
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, ITSM, Integration, and Mobile App Development, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across various domains, including App Engine, ITSM, Integration, and Mobile App Development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop custom applications, modules, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
- Configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other platform components to automate and streamline business processes.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure the stability and reliability of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers, sharing best practices and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing your skills and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in developing ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA) certifications are required.
- Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow App Engine, including Scripting, Workflow, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Integration capabilities, including REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and MID Server configuration.
- Experience in Mobile App Development on the ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Mobile Studio and Mobile App configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
