Role



The Project Manager shall be responsible for project management, delivery assurance and management of related projects/services spanning within the same customer account.



Responsibilities



• To understand the requirements of the customers and ensure that the project team function in-line with the objectives.



• Prepare project plans, status reports, leave plans and publish to all stakeholders.





• Constantly track & monitor the quality of deliverables and take appropriate steps to enhance the quality in coordination with the customers and the delivery teams.



• Constantly monitor the progress of project & ensure that any outstanding issues are tracked & handled within the desired timeframe (SLA).



• Work closely with the Program Manager and the Project Director to proactively identify risks, mitigate risks, effectively manage multiple ; often conflicting priorities and monitor progressive status.



• Assist the Project Director & Program Manager in preparing the Account Dashboards.



• Actively seek opportunities to understand client strategic direction, objectives and business implications.





• Constantly interact with the customer and obtain (a) resource level performance feedback (b) overall project team performance feedback (CSS).



• In coordination with the offshore delivery managers, ensure that knowledge transfer & job rotation are planned and implemented within the project teams, facilitating better team cohesion.





• Constantly Interact with the on-site associates and understand their Issues / Concerns and facilitate Issue resolution with the HR whenever required pass on the customer feedback and highlight significant appreciation & achievements to motivate the associates.



• Constantly monitor staffing risks and do effective succession planning.



• Provide efficient opportunity management by sharing any Information related to possible new opportunities or expanding current footprint with the AM team.



• Be an anchor to all onsite resources of the project and ensure execution of associate development and engagement activities



• PMP certification is also needed.
