D365-Power platform Solution Architect ( Dynamics 365 Marketing & Customer Insights)
- Overall, 10 to 14 years' experience in implementing MS Dynamics CRM applications, must have experience of at least 2 end to end CRM implementations.
- Extensive knowledge in Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insight modules including
- Campaign design and Multi-Channel customer journeys
- Customer 360 profile creation using Customer Insights and Map-Match-Layer-Merge & Enrich processes
- Power Query expertise for data transformation
- Advanced customer segmentation using Customer Insights to run specialized and personalized campaigns
- Campaign content management and event management
- Reports and dashboards on campaign role etc
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRMdesign and development specifically in technologies, including
- Dynamics 365 Customization and configuration,
- C#, ASP.NET,
- JavaScript,
- SQL, SSIS, SSRS (nice to have)
- PowerApps and Power Automate
- Strong experience in Azure Data Flows, Azure Data factory, Power Query, Connectors, SSIS Kingsway Soft etc
- Business domain knowledge in Marketing
- Must have expertise on Power Platform canvas and model driven apps as well as flows. Also have understanding on PowerApps governance, DLP policies etc.

- Must have 6 to 9 years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM design and development experience
- Able to design and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insight modules including
- Develop multi-Channel customer journeys
- Help creating Customer 360 profile and data unification using Map-Match-Layer-Merge & Enrich processes
- Define entities, mapping rules and producing output in D365 or PowerApps
- Proficient in using PowerQuery for data transformation
- Define customer segments
- Campaign content management and event management
- Develop Reports and dashboards and Power BI development
- Knowledge of Azure functions and Azure data factory good to have.
- Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM and ability to prepare high level and low-level designs and documents
- Expertise in installing, administrating, developing, deploying, and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 solutions
- Well versed with Dynamics 365 in below areas

- Working experience on power platform must have created model driven apps, flows and canvas apps.
