Responsible for network uptime, security, performance, monitoring and other related services
Network monitoring and proactive network uptime maintenance is essential.
The candidate should be well versed with routing and switching devices and technology like AM, MPLS, wireless, broadband and protocol analysis tool.
Must have beginner to intermediate skills in information security technologies like firewalls, 2&3 factor authentication, IPS content filtering, encryption, VPN thread management, antivirus and be familiar with security audit parameters
Network management (routing), Router Configuration and Troubleshooting, up gradation, Link Performance Management of all L3 Switch and L2 Switch at all the HPSDC, Managing the DC on day to day basis
Required to support for Problem and Change Management Process.
Support administration, Change Management, Liaison with Bandwidth Provider officials and external vendors, proactive monitoring and managing of network, bandwidth and facility management.
Perform Network Monitoring and take corrective action as per SOP
- Configuring network elements such as switches, routers etc.
- Responsible for Firewall Management, Patch Management of network appliances, Proxy management
- Responsible for NAT, DNS, Public and private IP allocation
- Responsible for Network & Server Load Balancing, separation of Datacenter networks, redundant WAN links & connectivity and blocking of unwanted traffic
- Monitoring any packet flooding, DoS, Intrusion attempts analysis
- Escalate to Network Lead for unresolved issues/escalations.
Experience on ISMS process documentation and adherence.
Experience in RCA analysis and preventive measures.
Datacentre work experience must.
Should have working knowledge experience on Radware/Fortigate security Devices.

B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/IT/Computer Science, 5+ Years Exp, CCSA/CCIE/CCSP
