POSITION DETAILS


Position Summary

The primary focus of this role is to support the Aftermarket Division in carrying out the company’s Strategic and Profit plans with key focus on delivering value to the customers.


Principal Activities

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver those requirements with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and reports for P&L Leaders, Sales Managers, and top management into OTD, Past Due, Quote Hit Rate, Sox controls, etc.
• Create reports to reduce time to quote by avoiding double quoting
• Analyze agent commissioning, create commission file report
• Create utilization report of WebShop usage to effectively reduce time to quote.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS


Knowledge Skills & Abilities
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Good organizational and time management skills, strong analytical skills, and the inter-personal skills to interact with all levels of management.
• Anticipate change and quickly prioritize accordingly.
• Be friendly, empathetic, and professional even under stressful circumstances and tight timelines.


Education & Experience
• 4+ years in an analytical reporting role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP), and/or Business Warehouse (e.g., SAP BW)
• Technical proficiency in MS – Office suite with advanced MS-Excel and MS-Power BI skills
