Over 3 years SFDC consultancy experience.
Strong understanding of SFDC application and integration with other applications.
Experience of working in project/support capacity
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Excellent understanding and knowledge of SFDC application area
Ability to create high quality documentation
Person Specification:
Highly confident with providing support to users
Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers
Solves complex problems with creative solutions
Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Good to Have:
Knowledge and exposure of MS Dynamics 365
