Hands on experience of configuration and maintenance of Cisco Voice Technology solutions – Telephony & Contact Center Technologies and good experience in administration & maintenance of Cisco Voice solution, application & services.
knowledge of Voice Telephony IPT of Cisco , Voice Mails, Contact Center, Unified Communication, Voice Networking, Cisco Recording.
Hands on experience (Configuration and maintenance) on Cisco Voice Products like :
- Cisco Call Manager, Cisco unified call Manager, Cisco Unity, Gateways. VoIP products. SRST.
- Unity Voice Mail
- Cisco Voice Gateways & IVR ( H.323,MGCP,SIP)
- Knowledge of CIMC and VMware on UCS server
- CUCM Basic Configuration such as IP Phone and End User addition etc.
- UCCX Basic Configuration such as Agent addition in a Team or CSQ, Skill set changes etc.
- Cisco Calabrio call recording administration & basic configuration skill.
- CUCM, UCCX and Gateway Monitoring – RTMT
- Monitoring of devices and report if there is any issue.
- Daily Checklist as per site requirement.
- Attending the day to day MAC tickets.
Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the Minor and Major Incidents, Problem tickets.
Positions will require for Technical Consultant in Resident Engineer.
