Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible to manage Bid management.
- Responsible to manage RFP process for selected accounts and projects.
- Review the RFP/RFI in detail and prepare a synopsis of the same along with a detailed responsibility matrix with stakeholders identified
- Create project in the bid tool, creating basic document entries required & assigning to various stakeholders with timelines and tracking the progress
- Co-ordinate with various stakeholders (Product Unit, Legal, Finance, OEM, SCM)
- Assist sales in the final submission
- Handle Change Request /upgrade requests with Product Units
- Publish weekly/monthly bid dashboard
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for managing multiple IT applications from end to end perspective including all technical aspects.
- IT Application Requirement Gathering and finalize Scope of Work along with customer.
- Prepare high level application design.
- Do effort estimation for developing any new IT application or customization.
- Vendor management in case application is getting developed/bought from external party.
