Job Description:

Note: Must have Managed Retail Banking projects.

• Strong in Multiple Project / Program Management.

• Strong in complete development lifecycle, Process & Delivery.

• Able to hold team and run aggressive delivery.

• Bring in Improvisation in the way Project are executed or managed today.

• Adhere to all internal & Customer process.

• Strong in Team Management - Allocating work; delegating activities and getting it done.

• Should have handled projects in PLSQL / ProC, Oracle, Java.

• Strong in Mentoring team.

• Strong in Customer Communication - Negotiation.

• Strong in Planning & Tracking.

• Ensure proper control measures are put in place as required Strong in customer communication / negotiation.
