  3. Menu knowledge of all the existing cuisine
  4. Need to know mocktails and beverage knowledge.
  5. Well versed in English with etiquette
  6. Anticipating guest need and delivery the same
7. Gueridon service additional advantage
8. entire classical service.
9. All types of table service/room service
10. knowledge of accompaniments and 17 courses of the menu with ingredients.
11. customer service.

Indian Cook
  1. Should know all types of gravies Indian(yellow, white/khorma, green-Nilgiri-palak, brown or onion ,red gravy/makhani gravy ).
  2. Should know bulk cooking and all curries.
  3. All Indian cuisines with basics of making dal, rice, sabzi, paneer dishes, dopaiza.
  4. All types of pulao, biriyani.
  5. Knowing sweet dishes like Kheer, Rasmalai, Jelabi and Samosa's.
  6. All Indian Veg and Non veg



Pantry Cook:-
  1. Know how to make sandwich/chaats
  2. Different types of milkshakes and juices
  3. Tea/ Coffee
  4. Pizza/Vada pao/Pao bhaji
salad /cut fruits
