Job Description:

•         Defining the DHCP Scopes in the locations for the end points (PC, Phones and VCs. etc,)

•         To handle DNS, DHCP and other product related protocols and technology.

•         Performing DDI service Incident Management and resolution, monitoring and alerting.

•         Performing System upgrades and patching.

•         Managing DDI infrastructure capacity.

•         Supporting DDI environment automation scripts.

•         Perform preventative maintenance, including the installation of hot fixes and version upgrades.

•         Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.

•         Coordinate coverage for assigned support cases with Infoblox Vendor through 24*7.

•         Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.

•         Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution

•         Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
