Expert level qualifications in some or all the following O365, Skype SIP, UC, Voice, Cloud telephony, and VC
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-wide customer shared services based on Windows 10, O365, VDI, UC, Video Conferencing, Cloud Telephony, and Contact Center services. Knowledge of O365 SIP Cloud telephony, Skype for Business and Call recording
Subject matter expert in several areas including roll-out, deployment ofUC including Cloud telephony, Contact / Call center and VC solutions in a large, corporate geographically diverse environment needed
Highly self-motivated and directed; proven analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong customer service orientation; strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize; strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Working with the User Computing (EUC) Infrastructure Services Manger to design and implement short- and medium-term strategic plans/road maps to ensure EUC, Cloud Voice, O365, UC & VC meets existing and future business initiatives/requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain service definitions, policies, procedures, and health checks for Unified Communications & Collaboration Services
Develop, deploy and maintain methodologies/technologies for forecasting Unified Communications & Collaboration Services capacity needs to ensure capacity planning and growth to meet business initiatives.
Audio/Video design and integration experience
Hardware - Routers, Switches, Firewalls, High Assurance IP Encryptors, Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE), Cisco MCU, Cisco UCS Servers, T1/E1 controllers, Cisco Voice/Video Endpoints
The ability to isolate and resolve network performance and communication issues to ensure maximum up time and reliability
Strong understanding of VLANs, trunking, Quality of Service, static/dynamic routing and high availability configurations
Good hands on experience in Architecting, Design and implementation/rollout of O365 OneDrive, MS Teams/Skype for Business, Active Directory, Exchange online, MDM/Intune and SharePoint online
Having experience in IT infrastructure platforms AD, M365 services and collaboration suite
Design and Implementation experience in M365 services
