Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
Excellent knowledge of Active Directory
Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Windows XP, Windows 7 & Windows Vista OS.
Basic knowledge of Lotus Notes or Outlook
Excellent knowledge on VPN Client configuration
Experience on remote connectivity tools like Net meeting, Windows remote connectivity
Good documentation and presentation skills.
Good working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, WINS, DNS, DHCP, Windows Terminal Server, TCP/IP Networking knowledge etc.
Basic Knowledge of Network Infrastructure - Hardware, Software, Ethernet Cabling, Ports, IP addresses, etc.
Should have excellent inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to deal with users at all levels in an organization
Have a strong sense of customer service
Willing to work across any shift and on the weekend'sAt least 18 months of international calling experience
Good-to-Have
Microsoft Windows Certificate MCPIT/MCP etc
Basic Hardware knowledge Knowledge on configuration of mobile devices
Knowledge on iPAD, iPhone configuration
Understanding of ITIL framework.
