• Experience in site support services including:
  • Desktop Support Operations & Administration
  • Desktop Services Hardware and Software Break/Fix
  • Desk side IMAC Services
  • Coordination with OEM & Partners Digital conference rooms and Printer support
  • Hands and Feet support for LAN and Telephony devices
• Knowledge in Installation of LAN/WAN and other network managing components.
• Experience in Support repairs, maintenance, installation, configuration of Desktop/Laptop Workstation & Mobile devices.
• Strong in OS deployment and patch updating.
• Troubleshooting and break-fixing software and hardware related issues.
