Operating under the direction of strategic global senior management, the head of PI and PGAM is a strategic leadership position empowered and accountable for managing, growing, and retaining 340+ employees and contractors across Pune and Hyderabad, India. In this role, the individual will be responsible for leading and influencing functional strategy & it's execution on wide range portfolio of PI & PGAM functions for PGS. Specifically:
- Customer focused technology development aligned to enterprise strategies (conceptualize, architect, design and deliver IT solutions) for teams across PI & PGAM
- Oversee and provide strategic leadership of Operations so that timely and quality client service is delivered with 'customer first' mindset, at a competitive cost, driving profits and shareholder value. Lead, inspire, direct, coach and develop motivated leaders and employees who contribute to the successful execution of Operations work
- Define joint initiatives including to co-create transformation road maps where technology enables business success by optimizing, automating business processes and/or operations
- Closely partner with various stakeholders across Asia and Americas
- Closely partner with PGS Business Enablement Services (Finance, HR, Facilities & Admin, Procurement, Risk) functions for forecasting, recruitment/retention, location, vendor management and risk management strategies, to deliver business and enterprise outcomes.
The scope and teams under Business Processes and Technology Development will continue to evolve and growth as Principal's global delivery program matures and opportunities are identified.
