Setting up and running various service boards, including organizing meetings, preparation of board packs, making minutes of the meeting, taking follow ups on actions

Generating reports from service now tool for ad hoc requirements

Using service now for governance purposes and raising change requirements

Setting up and running meetings with senior management and making minutes of the meeting, taking follow ups on actions

Maintaining and adding reports on confluence for the project activities

Keeping team related documents including members on board, assets, team DLs, updated

Maintaining the team document repository

Development and maintenance of project plans

Production of presentations for senior management

Preparation of project reports including status reports, project dashboards, tracking and analysis of budgetary information across the full project portfolio

Identifying risks, issues and discrepancies and acting accordingly

Documentation

Resource tracking

Self-driven and adhering to timelines



Skill set

Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite, strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Proven ability to integrate well into a team and build relationships well with senior stakeholders

Knowledge of confluence & SharePoint

Previous experience working within a banking environment (Preferred but not mandatory)
