JOB DESCRIPTION Incumbent: Reporting to: Designation: Production Manager Designation : GM Operations Department: Date : Job Purpose:
To ensure all process related to production & Good hygiene conditions are followed. Ensure on job Training programmes, Facility of GMP & quality polices. Dimensions of this Role:

  1. The jobholder ensures implementation of Quality concepts and FSSC ISO 22000, covering Quality by closely interacting with Quality department.
  2. Jobholder validates equipment, preventive maintenance of equipments, process and carries out internal audit of site.
  3. Jobholder conducts training programme to bring Quality awareness in the Organisation.
  4. Jobholder has total responsibility on quality for products packed & Packing Material.
  5. To manage Mondelez manufacturing operations and EMQR requirement and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure safe working atmosphere by plugging environment, health and safety at the shop floor

  1. Facilitates updating of all documents i.e. Standard Operating Procedures

  1. Co-ordinate and conduct training programmes on GMP/ Food Safety to bring quality awareness and concept of quality ownership. Ensures that the persons directly involved in the packaging, testing and distribution of product are appropriately trained to meet current GMP/ Food Safety requirements

  1. Facilitate validation of new process and equipment. Ensures that appropriate validations are carried out as defined in the approved validation master plan, completeness of all validations, protocols and final reports.

  1. Evaluates and ensures implementation of corrective action plan drawn due to deviation and out of specifications results, customer complaints which may have an impact on product quality

  1. Workers, machine and operation Improvement activity.

  1. Motivate to team on day to day basis

  1. Execution of rules and regulation on the shop floor.

  1. Responsible for optimum plant capacity utilization and effective asset management
  2. Responsible for developing second-line and third-line managers /supervisors for effective team management

  1. To ensure Food Safety and HACCP/FSSC 22K implementation on shop floor.
